Mechanical Evaluation

Equipped with the latest precision CNC line up including 5 axis systems, we provide fast &precise machining service with a variety of industry standard materials ranging fromABS, PC, Nylon, POM, Copper, Steel, Aluminum, Titanium, Magnesium alloy, Stainless Steel, Teflon, Acrylic etc, to ensure the most accurate representation of engineer intentions & production assessment.

Digital Design

Unitron provides 3D modeling service. Based on our design background, we help designers transfer their sketches into 3D models and even mechanical design. We take care of labor work during the design process, thus designers could have better focus on the design development.

Unitron was established in 2016 by three partners Jacky Wu, A-kai Huang and David Chen. Jacky Wu was the founder of a design studio and he is an award winning industrial designer with 20 years of industrial design experience on concept product development and manufacture processes.
